PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an axle spring capable of eliminating a risk that a crack or peeling occurs at an inside end part of an upper end of an elastic material layer that is at innermost portion of an elastic part, thereby improving durability.SOLUTION: An axle spring has: a main shaft 1; an outer cylinder 2 surrounding the main shaft 1; and an elastic part 3 interposed between the main shaft 1 and the outer cylinder 2 in a state where three elastic material layers 4a, 4b, 4c and two hard material walls 5a, 5b are alternately laminated. An outer peripheral surface 1a of the main shaft 1 and an inner peripheral surface 2a of the outer cylinder 2 are formed into a conical surface so that they are inclined in the same direction with respect to the shaft center P. A third angle θ3 of a tip part 9 on a tapered side of the main shaft 1 in an outer peripheral surface 1a with respect to the shaft center P is set larger than inclination angles θ4, θ5 of the other portions 10, 11 excluding the tip part 9 in the outer peripheral surface 1a with respect to the shaft center P.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】弾性部における最も内側の弾性材層の上端内側端部に、亀裂や剥離が生じるおそれを払拭し、耐久性向上が図れるように改善された軸ばねを提供する。【解決手段】主軸1と、主軸1を囲繞する外筒2と、三つの弾性材層4a,4b,4cと二つの硬質材壁5a,5bとを交互に積層させて主軸1と外筒2との間に設けられた弾性部3と、を有する軸ばねにおいて、主軸1の外周面1aと外筒2の内周面2aとが、軸心Pに対して互いに同じ方向に傾斜した円錐面を有して形成され、外周面1aにおける主軸1の先窄まり側の先端部9の軸心Pに対する傾斜角度θ3が、外周面1aにおける先端部9を除いたその他部分10,11の軸心Pに対する傾斜角度θ4,θ5よりも大きい角度に設定されている。【選択図】図2
