PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an axle spring in which a non-linear characteristic enabling a superior comfortable riding feeling or a vibration reducing action to be attained irrespective of variation of weight on a spring found at the time of rapid braking under a crowded state in a vehicle is improved as compared with that of the prior art without increasing the number of component elements or producing complex structure as much as possible and additionally with a superior durability as well.SOLUTION: This invention relates to an axle spring comprising: a main shaft 1; an outer cylinder 2 arranged at a state to enclose outwardly at the main shaft 1 as viewed from a direction of a shaft center P of the main shaft 1; and an elastic part 3 placed between the main shaft 1 and the outer cylinder 2 while the middle hard cylinders 9, 10 and the elastic layers 11, 12, 13 are alternatively laminated up in both inner and outer radial directions in respect to the shaft center P, the main shaft 1 is provided with a stopper 4 made of elastic material, the solid body 18a fixed to the outer cylinder 2 and the stopper 4 are abutted to each other as the main shaft 1 and the outer cylinder 2 are moved to approach from each other by a prescribed amount in a direction toward the shaft center P, and the stopper 4 is removably attached to the main shaft 1.

    【課題】満車での急制動時などのばね上重量の変化に拘らずに良好な乗り心地や揺れ軽減作用が発揮可能となる非線形特を、極力、部品点数や構造の複雑化を招くことなく、また耐久性にも優れるように、従来に比べて改善された軸ばねを提供する。【解決手段】主軸1と、主軸1の軸心P方向視で主軸1に外囲する状態に配置される外筒2と、中間硬質筒9,10と弾性層11,12,13とを軸心Pに関する径内外方向で交互に積層して主軸1と外筒2との間に介装される弾性部3と、を備えてなる軸ばねにおいて、主軸1に弾性材製のストッパ4を設け、主軸1と外筒2とが軸心P方向に所定量相対接近移動するに伴って、外筒2に固定される被固定体18aとストッパ4とが当接する状態に構成し、ストッパ4が主軸1に着脱可能に取付けられる。【選択図】図1
