PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric vehicle performing torque control and clutch control of each motor for wheel driving, so as to reduce energy loss of a vehicle to minimum, and a motor output control method thereof.SOLUTION: An electric vehicle 10 comprises: a motor 15 for front wheel driving and a motor 16 for rear wheel driving; a control part 25 for controlling an output torque of the motors for wheel driving; a clutch 22 for front wheel for disconnecting power transmission between front wheels 11 and the motor for front wheel driving; and a clutch 23 for rear wheel for disconnecting power transmission between rear wheels 12 and the motor for rear wheel driving. The control part controls torques of the motors for front/rear wheel driving and controls clutch, so that, energy loss total amount which is a sum of energy loss in a power transmission path 17 between the motor for front wheel driving and front wheels, energy loss on the motor for rear wheel driving, and energy loss on a power transmission path 18 between the motor for rear wheel driving and the rear wheels becomes minimum.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】車両のエネルギ損失が最小となるように、各車輪駆動用モータのトルク制御及びクラッチ制御を行なう電動車両と、そのモータ出力制御方法を提供する。【解決手段】電動車両10は、前輪駆動用モータ15と後輪駆動用モータ16、両車輪駆動用モータの出力トルクを制御する制御部25、前輪11と前輪駆動用モータとの動力伝達を断接する前輪用クラッチ22、後輪12と後輪駆動用モータとの動力伝達を断接する後輪用クラッチ23を備える。制御部は、前輪駆動用モータにおけるエネルギ損失と、前輪駆動用モータと前輪との間の動力伝達経路17におけるエネルギ損失と、後輪駆動用モータにおけるエネルギ損失と、後輪駆動用モータと後輪との間の動力伝達経路18におけるエネルギ損失との和であるエネルギ損失合計が最低となるように、前後輪駆動用モータのトルク制御及びクラッチの制御を行なう。【選択図】図1
