PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground control device capable of accurately determining a context of two points in a loop-shaped path section.SOLUTION: A ground control device 10 comparing positions between two points in a track with reference to a block number showing a block that is obtained by dividing a track in a loop-shaped path section and a position in the block, comprises a positional information generating unit 11 for generating positional information upon receiving route information of a train 41 and a train 42 in the track and on-rail positional information of the train 41 and the train 42, and a positional relation determination unit 12 for determining a positional relation upon receiving positional information from the positional information generating unit 11 and outputting positional relation information. When a distance between a rearmost vehicle of a preceding train and a leading vehicle of a following train which are two points in a track straddles a connection point which is a starting point and an end point in the loop-shaped path section, the positional relation determination unit 12 adds or subtracts a position correction value corresponding to a traveling direction of the train 41 and the train 42 and determines a positional relation of these two points.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】環状線区内の2点の前後関係を正確に判定可能な地上制御装置を得ること。【解決手段】環状線区内の軌道を区分けしたブロックを示すブロック番号と、このブロック内における位置であるブロック内位置によって軌道内における2点間の位置比較を行う地上制御装置10であって、軌道内の列車41及び列車42の経路情報並びに列車41及び列車42の在線位置情報を入力として位置情報を生成する位置情報生成部11と、位置情報生成部11から位置情報を入力として位置関係を判定し、位置関係情報を出力する位置関係判定部12とを備え、位置関係判定部12は、軌道内における2点である先行列車の最後尾と後続列車の先頭との間が環状線区内の始点であり且つ終点である接続点を跨ぐ場合には、列車41及び列車42の進行方向に応じた位置補正値を加算又は減算してこれら2点の位置関係を判定する。【選択図】図1
