PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy both acoustic insulation property and weight reduction, by further properly setting surface density of a sound absorption material, by taking into consideration a difference in particle speeds in a plane of a floor panel.SOLUTION: A sound absorption material 17 is arranged in a space K between a floor panel 1 becoming an incident side of road noise as noise and a floor carpet 16 arranged above the floor panel. In the floor panel 1, a floor area F1 (for example, an installation area of a rear seat) enclosed by a strength member is partitioned into a square panel area P1 and the other area P2 by, for example, a bead part 18 for constituting a node of vibration. The sound absorption material 17 in the panel area P1 has a high density area M1 and a low density area M2 in a plan view (in a plane of the panel area).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
