PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for enabling further reduction of power consumption for attitude control without compromising the performance of the attitude control.SOLUTION: A vehicular attitude control apparatus 30, for use in controlling an attitude of a vehicle that includes a number of attitude control devices, the number larger than the number of degree-of-freedom, includes: a target value computation part 42 for computing target motion state amounts in the number of freedom on the basis of a state of the vehicle; and a control power computation part 44 for computing control power vector so as to minimize a square norm of control power vector for driving an attitude control device and realize the target motion state amounts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
