PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular control apparatus that restrains deceleration from being caused by an increase in output of auxiliary equipment.SOLUTION: During running, an engine 2 is stopped, and a friction fastening element 7 is released. Power transmission between the engine 2 and auxiliary equipment is interrupted by a first power transmission mechanism 6. Power is transmitted via a second power transmission mechanism 9 from a driving wheel 11 to drive the auxiliary equipment. When an output increase amount of the auxiliary equipment becomes larger than a predetermined variation, a motor 4 is driven.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
