PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of controlling inclination of a vehicle body for a railway vehicle, the method enabling a control of the inclination of the vehicle body as targeted.SOLUTION: A method of controlling inclination of a vehicle body according to the present invention includes: a first procedure for setting an initial target inclination angle φof a vehicle body 1 relative to a front carriage 2f and a back carriage 2b, the initial target inclination angle being common to the front carriage and the back carriage; a second procedure for calculating each inclination angle differences φand φof the vehicle body relative to the front carriage and the back carriage in a non-controlled state, on the basis of the balance of moment in a rolling direction based on each centroid of the vehicle body, the front carriage, and the back carriage when in an assumed non-control state in which an air supply/exhaust control to air springs 3 is not performed when the railway vehicle travels on a curved track; and a third procedure for calculating target inclination angles φand φfor the front carriage and the back carriage respectively by adding the calculated each inclination angle difference to the initial target inclination angle, and for controlling the air supply/exhaust to the air springs so that the vehicle body inclines at each calculated target inclination angle relative to the front carriage and the back carriage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】狙い通りの車体傾斜制御が可能な鉄道車両の車体傾斜制御方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る車体傾斜制御方法は、前方台車2f及び後方台車2bに共通する、前方台車及び後方台車に対する車体1の初期目標傾斜角φrefを設定する第1手順と、鉄道車両が曲線軌道を走行する際に空気ばね3に対する給排気制御を行わない非制御状態を仮定した場合における車体、前方台車及び後方台車の各重心を基準にしたロール方向のモーメントの釣り合いに基づき、非制御状態における前方台車及び後方台車に対する車体の傾斜角差φ2fs、φ2bsをそれぞれ算出する第2手順と、算出した各傾斜角差を初期目標傾斜角に加算することで、目標傾斜角φreff、φrefbを前方台車及び後方台車毎に算出し、車体が前方台車及び後方台車に対して算出した各目標傾斜角に傾斜するように空気ばねに対する給排気を制御する第3手順と、を含む。【選択図】 図3
