PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regulate vehicle body inclination control during a curve section travel and rolling during a straight line section travel.SOLUTION: A piston 14 is movably inserted into an inner cylinder 12 movable over a center predetermined range in an outer cylinder 11. The base end side of a rod 15 the tip side of which penetrates through one end of the inner cylinder 12 and one end of the outer cylinder 11 to project out is coupled with the piston 14. Spaces 11a, 11b on both end sides in the outer cylinder 11 are filled with an oil 16. Dampers 5a, 5b of such a configuration are symmetrically disposed on both sides in the width direction between a bogie 3 and a vehicle body 4 of a railway vehicle 1. The space 11a on the rod projection side of the damper 5a is connected to the space 11b on the counter rod projection side of the damper 5b. The space 11b on the counter rod projection side of the damper 5a is connected to the space 11a on the rod projection side of the damper 5b. Since inclination control during a curve section travel can be regulated, an overhead line does not come off a pantograph slider. Further, an inclination in a rolling direction can be regulated, so that safety enhances.

    【課題】曲線区間走行時の車体傾斜制御や、直線区間走行時のローリングを規制する。【解決手段】外筒11内の中央所定範囲を移動自在な内筒12にピストン14を移動自在に挿入する。先端側が内筒12及び外筒11の一方端を貫通して外部に突出したロッド15の基端側をピストン14に連結する。外筒11内の両端側の空間11a,11bにオイル16を満たす。かかる構成のダンパー5a,5bを、鉄道車両1の台車3と車体4間における幅方向両側に対称配置する。ダンパー5aのロッド突出側の空間11aを、ダンパー5bの反ロッド突出側の空間11bに接続する。ダンパー5aの反ロッド突出側の空間11bを、ダンパー5bのロッド突出側の空間11aに接続する。【効果】曲線区間走行中の傾斜制御を規制できるので架線がパンタグラフの摺り板から外れることがない。また、ローリング方向の傾きを規制できるのでより安全性が高くなる。【選択図】図4
