PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a present or future accident occurrence risk and to visualize the accident occurrence risk based on the relationship between the accident risk occurred in the past and geographic conditions of the area in which vehicles run.SOLUTION: An accident risk visualization system visualizes an accident risk associated with the vehicle running in a specific geographic area, and holds map information which is the information representing a topography in the geographic area. The map information which is the information representing the topography in the geographic area is held over a plurality of time points, and the time and the position in which an alarm notifying the accident risk occurred in the vehicle are held as alarm history information together with factor type information showing whether or not the factor of the alarm is the topography, and the map information of that time is extracted according to the time designation from the outside. When the risk due to the topography around that time is available by retrieving the alarm history information, image data including an alarm icon displayed at the position included in the alarm history information is generated in the map information, and a screen display is performed based on the image data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】過去に発生した事故リスクと車両が運行される領域の地形的な条件との関係に基づいて、現在、あるいは将来の事故発生リスクを検出し、その事故発生リスクを可視化する。【解決手段】特定の地理的領域内で運行される車両に関する事故リスク可視化システムである。地理的領域内の地形を表す情報である地図情報を、複数の時点にわたって保持し、車両に発生した事故リスクを報知する警告が発せられた時刻及び位置を、警告の要因が地形にあるか否かを示す要因種類情報とともに警告履歴情報として保持し、外部からの時間指定に従って該当時刻の地図情報を抽出し、前記警告履歴情報を検索して該当時刻付近で地形に起因したものがある場合、前記地図情報において当該警告履歴情報に含まれる位置に表示される警告アイコンを含む画面データを生成し、前記画面データに基づいて画面表示を行う。【選択図】図3
