PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a skeleton for a vehicle which can join a reinforcing member for raising the rigidity of a part of a skeleton member to the skeleton member even if a joining process is not differently arranged, and a skeleton structure for the vehicle.SOLUTION: In an arrangement process, a reinforcing member 30 is inserted into a long-length side skeleton member 12 before bending processing for a vehicle constituting a closed cross section 12Z by a single member, and the reinforcing member 30 is arranged at a part of the inside of the side skeleton member 12 in a longitudinal direction. In the bending process, the side skeleton member 12 is bent in an arrangement range of the reinforcing member 30, a reaction force generated by the reinforcing member 30 is generated to the side skeleton member 12 which is deformed in a cross section, and the reinforcing member 30 is fastened to the side skeleton member 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】接合工程を別途設けなくても、骨格部材の一部の剛性を高めるための補強部材を、骨格部材に接合させることができる車両用骨格体の製造方法及び車両用骨格構造を得る。【解決手段】配置工程では、長尺状とされて単一部材で閉断面部12Zを構成する車両用の曲げ加工前のサイド骨格部材12に対してその内部に補強部材30を挿入し、サイド骨格部材12の内部の長手方向の一部に補強部材30を配置する。曲げ工程では、サイド骨格部材12を補強部材30の配置範囲において曲げ、断面変形するサイド骨格部材12に対して補強部材30による反力を発生させて補強部材30をサイド骨格部材12に圧着させる。【選択図】図1
