PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a master machine and a slave machine meet at origins of master/slave control zones.SOLUTION: Arrival target time in addition to target coordinates and the target depth for a master machine 1 is set to waypoints WP2, WP6 of origins A1s, A2s of master/slave control zones A1, A2. In a controller of the master machine 1, the controller of the master machine 1 allows the master machine to cruise while autonomously adjusting the cruising speed of the master machine 1 so as to arrive at the origins A1s, A2s on the arrival target time, on an upstream side of the origins A1s, A2s of the master/slave control zones A1, A2. A controller of a slave machine 2 also allows the master machine to cruise while autonomously adjusting the cruising speed of the slave machine 2 so as to arrive at the origins A1s, A2s on the arrival target time. Thus, the master machine and the slave machine 2 arrive at the origins A1s, A2s substantially at the same time and enter the master/slave control zones A1, A2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】 マスタ機とスレーブ機をマスタ・スレーブ制御区間の始点で会合させる。【解決手段】 マスタ・スレーブ制御区間A1,A2の始点A1s,A2sのウェイポイントWP2,WP6に、目標座標と、マスタ機1用の目標深度に加えて、到着目標時刻を設定する。マスタ機1の制御装置では、マスタ・スレーブ制御区間A1,A2の始点A1s,A2sよりも上流側では、マスタ機1の制御装置は、到着目標時刻通りに始点A1s,A2sに到着するように、マスタ機1の航走速度を自律的に調整しながら航走する。スレーブ機2の制御装置も、到着目標時刻通りに始点A1s,A2sに到着するように、スレーブ機2の航走速度を自律的に調整しながら航走する。これにより、マスタ機とスレーブ機2は、始点A1s,A2sにほぼ同時に到着してマスタ・スレーブ制御区間A1,A2へ進入する。【選択図】図1
