PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easier to control electric energy that an electric power supply company estimates for a power storage device.SOLUTION: A charge/discharge instruction device comprises: an acquisition part which acquires charging state information showing a charging state of power storage devices for each electric power system in which a plurality of power storage devices which charge/discharge electric power are connected based on charge/discharge instruction; a demand forecast calculation part which calculates demand forecast information for each system based on temporal changes of the charging state information of a power storage device connected to an electric power system out of electric power systems; a chargeable/dischargeable electric energy calculation part which calculates chargeable/dischargeable electric energy for each electric power system as chargeable/dischargeable electric energy for each system based on acceptance/rejection information showing, in the case where a charge/discharge instruction is output, whether or not the power storage device accepts charge/discharge of electric power based on the charge/discharge instruction and the charging state information; a charge/discharge instruction generation part which generates a charge/discharge instruction showing a charging/discharging amount of each power storage device based on demand forecast information for each system and chargeable/dischargeable electric energy for each system; and a charge/discharge instruction output part which outputs the charge/discharge instruction to the power storage device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
