PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railway vehicle including a noise monitoring system capable of analyzing the generation source and the propagation path of noise.SOLUTION: The railway vehicle includes a system which includes: sensors arranged at several places in a vehicle to measure electromagnetic noise; a temporary storage memory for continuously recording outputs of the sensors; and a control part for inputting a malfunction detection signal of an electronic apparatus mounted on the railway vehicle, synchronizes with the timing of the occurrence of a malfunction to store data in the memory and vehicle data at an optional time before and after the timing in a recording part for storage, and holds noise distribution information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
