PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner liner of a pneumatic tire having high adhesion between adjacent rubber members.SOLUTION: There is provided an inner liner 100 of a pneumatic tire having a film layer 10 having at least a gas barrier layer 11 and an adhesive layer 20 arranged on at least one surface of the film layer 10, where the gas barrier layer 11 contains at least a thermoplastic resin, the adhesive layer 20 contains at least a polystyrene-based thermoplastic elastomer, and a styrene content of the polystyrene-based thermoplastic elastomer is 40 mass% to 55 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
