PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an occupant be aware of transfer of a driving authority from automatic driving control to manual driving without complicating a device configuration and without making the occupant feel uncomfortable.SOLUTION: A noise suppression amount adjusting device includes: a driving control information acquisition section 101 for acquiring information indicating a state of driving control of a vehicle; a switching determination section 102 for referring to the information indicating the state of the driving control of the vehicle and determining whether the driving of the vehicle is switched from automatic driving control to occupant manual driving; and a suppression amount determination section 103 for reducing suppression amount of vehicle interior noise when a determination that the driving of the vehicle is switched from the automatic driving control to the occupant manual driving is made.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
