PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an arrangement structure of a peripheral information detection sensor which can favorably maintain the detection accuracy of a collision sensor, in a constitution in which the peripheral information detection sensor is arranged inside a bumper cover.SOLUTION: An arrangement structure of a peripheral information detection sensor has: a bumper reinforcement 20 which is arranged at a vehicle front part or a vehicle rear part, and extends to a vehicle width direction; a collision sensor 50 which is arranged outside the bumper reinforcement 20 in a vehicle fore-and-aft direction, and detects a collision by being deformed; a peripheral information detection sensor 16 which is arranged outside the collision sensor 50 in the vehicle fore-and-aft direction, comprises a detection part 16B for detecting the peripheral information of a vehicle, and is constituted of a rigid body which can transmit a collision load at a collision to the collision sensor 50; and a bumper cover 30 which is arranged outside the bumper reinforcement 20 in the vehicle fore-and-aft direction, and covers the peripheral information detection sensor 16 from the outside of the vehicle fore-and-aft direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】バンパカバーの内側に周辺情報検出センサが配置された構成において、衝突センサの検出精度を良好に維持することができる周辺情報検出センサの配置構造を得る。【解決手段】周辺情報検出センサの配置構造は、車両前部又は車両後部に配置され、車両幅方向に延在されたバンパリインフォースメント20と、バンパリインフォースメント20の車両前後方向外側に配置され、変形することで衝突を検出する衝突センサ50と、衝突センサ50の車両前後方向外側に配置されて車両の周辺情報を検出する検出部16Bを備えると共に、衝突時の衝突荷重を衝突センサ50へ伝達可能な剛体で構成された周辺情報検出センサ16と、バンパリインフォースメント20の車両前後方向外側に配置され、周辺情報検出センサ16を車両前後方向外側から覆うバンパカバー30と、を有する。【選択図】図1
