PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion equipment for a railway vehicle capable of improving whole cooling performance (radiation performance) of a cooling part formed of plural radiation fins.SOLUTION: A power conversion equipment 100 (power conversion equipment for a railway vehicle) comprises: a radiation fin 31 arranged to extend along a travel direction on one side of the travel direction of the railway vehicle 10, and radiates heat of a semiconductor device 20 mounted on the railway vehicle 10; a radiation fin 32 provided on the other side of the travel direction to extend along the travel direction at a prescribed interval to the radiation fin 31, and radiates heat of the semiconductor device 20; and an air introduction duct 40 which takes air from a side of a sleeper direction of any one of the radiation fins 31, 32, guides the taken air to a space S between the radiation fins 31, 32, and guides the air to an end part 31c (end part 32c) in the travel direction of the other of the radiation fins 31, 32, during travel of the railway vehicle 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
