PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a marine power supply system which can obtain a remaining battery level with high accuracy even when a plurality of batteries are equipped in a vessel.SOLUTION: A vessel 1 includes a hull 2 and a propulsion machine. The propulsion machine includes an engine and a generator driven by the engine to generate electricity. A marine power supply system includes a battery 51 for the propulsion machine, which supplies electric power to the propulsion machine, and a battery 61 for accessories, which supplies electric power to accessories. An OCV (Open Circuit Voltage) sensor 111 detects an open circuit voltage of the battery 51 for the propulsion machine. An OCV sensor 211 detects an open circuit voltage of the battery 61 for the accessories. A switch unit 91 opens and closes a current path 48 between the battery 51 for the propulsion machine and the battery 61 for the accessories.
