PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vessel variable pitch propeller (CPP) that is capable of more quickly changing the blade angle of a propeller blade in view of energy situations in recent years, and a vessel provided with the same.SOLUTION: A variable pitch propeller (CPP) 1 used for a vessel is provided with: a propeller blade 2; a blade angle changing mechanism 6 which changes the blade angle of a propeller blade 2 and to which the propeller blade 2 is connected; an electric actuator 7 that supplies power to the blade angle changing mechanism 6, and controls the blade angle of the propeller blade 2; and a power supply device 5 that supplies power to the actuator 7. The actuator 7 has a sensor 7c that detects the position of the blade angle as required.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】近年のエネルギー事情等に鑑み、より迅速にプロペラ羽根の翼角を変節することが可能な可変ピッチプロペラ(CPP)及びそれを備えた船舶を提供する。【解決手段】船舶に用いられる可変ピッチプロペラ(CPP)1を、プロペラ羽根2と、プロペラ羽根2が連結され、プロペラ羽根2の翼角を変節する翼角変節機構6と、翼角変節機構6に動力を供給し、プロペラ羽根2の翼角を制御する電動式であるアクチュエータ7と、アクチュエータ7に給電を行う給電装置5と、を備えるものとし、必要に応じて、アクチュエータ7が、翼角の位置を検出するセンサ部7cを有するものとする。【選択図】図1
