PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a demand type operation system capable of improving convenience in a user without increasing a load of a traffic operation provider.SOLUTION: A demand type operation system comprises: a user terminal; a demand vehicle which operates on the basis of a use request from the user terminal; and an operation management center for managing the operation of the demand vehicle, which are connected in a data communicable manner. The operation management center comprises: a use reception part for receiving a use request from the user terminal; and an operation plan generation part for, on the basis of the use request received by the use reception part and a reference operation diagram in which an operation block, a start point departure time and a terminal point arrival time are preliminarily set, generating an operation plan within an allowable range of the reference operation diagram, and for providing the generated operation plan to the demand vehicle and the user terminal. The user terminal presents the operation plan provided by the operation plan generation part to a user, and the demand vehicle operates in accordance with the operation plan provided by the operation plan generation part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5

    【課題】交通サービス事業者の負担が増大することなく、利用者の利便性を向上できるデマンド型運行システムを提供する。【解決手段】デマンド型運行システムは、利用者端末と、利用者端末からの利用要求に基づいて運行するデマンド車両と、デマンド車両の運行を管理する運行管理センターと、を備え、これらが情報通信可能に接続されたデマンド型運行システムであって、運行管理センターは、利用者端末からの利用要求を受け付ける利用受付部と、利用受付部で受け付けた利用要求、並びに運行区間、出発点発車時刻、及び終点到着時刻が予め設定された基準運行ダイヤに基づいて、基準運行ダイヤの許容範囲内で運行計画を生成し、デマンド車両及び利用者端末に対して、生成した運行計画を提供する運行計画生成部と、を有し、利用者端末は、運行計画生成部によって提供された運行計画を利用者に提示し、デマンド車両は、運行計画生成部によって提供された運行計画に従って運行する。【選択図】図5
