PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a driving force transmission mechanism capable of obtaining accurate clutch torque on the basis of an instruction.SOLUTION: A control device of a driving force transmission mechanism includes: a driving force transmission path (10) which transmits driving force from a driving source (3); a driving force transmission mechanism (8) which has a hydraulic-operated connecting/disconnecting mechanism (20) which connects or disconnects an input side (10A) of the driving force transmission path (10) and an output side (10b) of the driving force transmission path (10); an oil pump (75) for supplying hydraulic oil to the connecting/disconnecting mechanism (20); a hydraulic supplying electric motor (77) which drives the oil pump (75); and a control portion (50) which controls the driving of the hydraulic supplying electric motor (77). The control portion (50) controls the hydraulic supplying electric motor (77) on the basis of characteristics previously measured about a relationship between an instruction value of the hydraulic supplying electric motor (77) and driving force transmitted to the output side (10b) of the driving force transmission path (10).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
