PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flight-type information reading device that reads a license number of a vehicle without constraining a reading place or movement of the reading place.SOLUTION: An unmanned flying object 400 comprises: a photographing device 110 for photographing a vehicle; an identification information extraction unit 120 for extracting vehicle identification information 310 for identifying the vehicle from an image of the vehicle photographed with the photographing device 110; and a flying object side communication unit 160 for transmitting the vehicle identification information 310 extracted by the identification information extraction unit 120 to an operation terminal device. The operation terminal device comprises a terminal side communication unit for receiving the vehicle identification information 310 from the unmanned flying object 400.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
