PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a rubber composition capable of improving both on-ice performance and abrasion resistance of a tire.SOLUTION: A method for producing a rubber composition containing 25 pts.mass or more of silica and 25 pts.mass or more of carbon black with respect to 100 pts.mass of the total of at least two diene-based polymers forming a plurality of polymer phases incompatible with each other includes the steps of: (a) mixing a diene-based polymer (A) having the lowest glass transition temperature in the diene-based polymers with a blended amount of 20 mass% or more with respect to the total amount of the diene-based polymer with a part or all of the carbon black to prepare a master batch; and (b) mixing the rest of the diene-based polymer and the silica with the master batch.SELECTED DRAWING: None

    【課題】タイヤの氷上性能と耐摩耗性との両方を向上させることが可能なゴム組成物の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】互いに非相溶な複数のポリマー相を形成する少なくとも二種のジエン系重合体の合計100質量部に対して、シリカ25質量部以上と、カーボンブラック25質量部以上とを含むゴム組成物の製造方法であって、配合量が前記ジエン系重合体の総量の20質量%以上であるジエン系重合体の中で、ガラス転移温度が最も低いジエン系重合体(A)と、カーボンブラックの一部又は全部と、を混合してマスターバッチを調製する工程(a)と、該マスターバッチに、前記ジエン系重合体の残部と、シリカとを混合する工程(b)と、を含むことを特徴とする、ゴム組成物の製造方法である。【選択図】なし
