PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a tire rubber composition that achieves improvements in wet grip performance and wear resistance as well as fuel consumption, a rubber composition produced by the method, and a tire tread and a tire prepared therewith.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a method for producing a rubber composition containing raw material chemicals that contain a rubber component containing styrene-butadiene rubber, a filler containing silica, a silane coupling agent, and an aluminum organic compound, wherein, a mixing step has at least two stages of a first half stage using no vulcanizer and a latter half stage using a vulcanizer; the mixing step has at least two stages of the first half stage of mixing raw material chemicals containing no vulcanizer and the latter half stage of adding a vulcanizer to a mixture obtained in the first half stage to mix them; and the first half stage is a stage in which, in addition to the raw material chemicals that contain the rubber component, the filler, the silane coupling agent, and the aluminum organic compound, a basic vulcanization accelerator is added for mixing.SELECTED DRAWING: None

    【課題】ウェットグリップ性能および耐摩耗性を向上させるとともに、燃費特性をも向上させたタイヤ用ゴム組成物の製造方法、該製造方法により製造されたゴム組成物、並びに、該ゴム組成物を用いて作製されたタイヤトレッドおよびタイヤを提供すること。【解決手段】スチレンブタジエンゴムを含むゴム成分、シリカを含む充填剤、シランカップリング剤、およびアルミニウム有機化合物を含む原料薬品を配合してなるゴム組成物の製造方法であって、混練工程が、加硫剤を含まない前半段階と加硫剤を含む後半段階の少なくとも二つの段階から構成されるものであり、混練工程が、加硫剤を含まない原料薬品を混練する前半段階と、前半段階で得た混練物に加硫剤を加えて混練する後半段階の少なくとも二つの段階から構成されるものであり、該前半段階が、該ゴム成分、該充填剤、該シランカップリング剤、該アルミニウム有機化合物を含む原料薬品に加え、塩基性加硫促進剤を加えて混練する段階である、ゴム組成物の製造方法。【選択図】なし
