PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charger capable of suppressing degradation of fuel economy by suppressing energy loss, even when refresh charging is performed at low temperature.SOLUTION: A charger includes an accumulator battery supplying power for the load of a vehicle, temperature detection means for detecting the temperature of the accumulator battery, and refresh charging means performing refresh charging for the accumulator battery when predetermined start conditions are satisfied, and ending the refresh charging regardless of whether or not the refresh charging has completed, when predetermined end conditions are satisfied. Re-refresh charging is performed when the accumulator battery temperature goes above the re-charging temperature, after the predetermined end conditions are satisfied before next predetermined start conditions are satisfied, and re-refresh charging is not performed when the accumulator battery temperature goes below the re-charging temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】低温時にリフレッシュ充電を行った場合においても、エネルギーロスを抑え、燃費の悪化を抑制することができる充電装置を提供する。【解決手段】車両の負荷に対して電力を供給する蓄電池と、前記蓄電池の蓄電池温度を検知する温度検知手段と、前記蓄電池に対し所定開始条件が満たされた場合にリフレッシュ充電を行い、所定終了条件が満たされた場合に、前記リフレッシュ充電が完了したか否かに関わらず前記リフレッシュ充電を終了させるリフレッシュ充電手段とを備え、前記所定終了条件が満たされた後で、次の所定開始条件が満たされるまでの間において、前記蓄電池温度が再充電温度以上になった時に再リフレッシュ充電を行い、前記蓄電池温度が再充電温度未満の時は、再リフレッシュ充電を行わないことを特徴とする。【選択図】図2
