PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bump stopper which can be easily manufactured and ensure desired rigidity.SOLUTION: A bump rubber bracket 6 has an attachment member, a rubber fixing member, and a pair of intermediate members 26, 27. The attachment member is fixed in a state of coming into surface contact with an opposing surface on an axle side. The pair of intermediate members 26, 27 have the same shape and, in a state of being sandwiched between the attachment member and a spacer plate part 23 of the fixing member, are fastened to the attachment member and the spacer plate part 23. In a stopper attaching state where the attachment member is fixed to an opposing surface on a vehicle body side, the pair of intermediate members 26, 27 uniformly form a closed cross section 38, which is substantially orthogonal to a vertical direction, between the attachment member and the spacer plate part 23 along the vertical direction. A bump rubber is fixed to a rubber fixing member so as to face the opposing surface on the axle side from above in the stopper attaching state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】容易に製造可能で、且つ所望の剛性を確保することが可能なバンプストッパの提供。【解決手段】バンプラバーブラケット6は、取付部材とラバー固定部材と1対の中間部材26,27とを有する。取付部材は、車軸側の対向面に面接触した状態で固定される。1対の中間部材26,27は、同一形状であり、取付部材とラバー固定部材のスペーサ板部23とに挟まれた状態で取付部材及びスペーサ板部23に固着される。取付部材が車体側の対向面に固定されたストッパ取付状態で、1対の中間部材26,27は、上下方向と略直交する閉断面38を取付部材とスペーサ板部23との間に上下方向に沿って一様に形成する。バンプラバーは、ストッパ取付状態でアクスル側の対向面に上方から対向するようにラバー固定部材に固定される。【選択図】図4
