To provide a bump stopper which can obtain a characteristic exhibiting a small reaction force in a stage of a low compression rate, and a large reaction force in a stage of a high compression rate at high reproductivity.SOLUTION: A bump stopper is integrally formed of an elastic material, and has a heavy thickness cylinder part, and a bellows cylinder part arranged coaxially with the heavy thickness cylinder part, and having a thickness thinner than a thickness of the heavy thickness cylinder part. The bellows cylinder part has at least two large-diameter parts, and at least three small-diameter parts having outside diameters and inside diameters which are smaller than an outside diameter and an inside diameter of the large-diameter part. Two of the small-diameter parts are arranged at both ends of the bellows cylinder part in an axial line direction, and the large-diameter parts are arranged between the two small-diameter parts. The outside diameter of the large-diameter part is smaller than a maximum diameter of an external peripheral face of the heavy thickness cylinder part, and the inside diameter of the small-diameter part apart from the heavy thickness part is larger than a minimum diameter of an internal peripheral face of the heavy thickness part. A length of the bellows cylinder part in the axial line direction is 30% or longer, and shorter than 50% with respect to a total of lengths of the heavy thickness part and the bellows cylinder part in the axial line direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】圧縮率が小さい段階では反力が小さく、圧縮率が大きい段階では反力が大きい特性を高い再現性で実現するバンプストッパを提供する。【解決手段】バンプストッパは、弾性材料から一体的に形成されており、厚肉円筒部と、厚肉円筒部に同軸に配置され、厚肉円筒部の厚さよりも小さい厚さを有する蛇腹円筒部を有する。蛇腹円筒部は、少なくとも2つの大径部と、大径部の外径および内径より小さい外径および内径を有する少なくとも3つの小径部を有する。小径部のうち2つは、軸線方向における蛇腹円筒部の両端に配置され、各大径部は、2つの小径部の間に配置されている。大径部の外径は、厚肉円筒部の外周面の最大径より小さく、厚肉円筒部から離れた小径部の内径は、厚肉円筒部の内周面の最小径より大きい。軸線方向における厚肉円筒部と蛇腹円筒部の長さの合計に対して、軸線方向における蛇腹円筒部の長さが30%以上、50%未満である。【選択図】図3
