PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique concerning a tire sound absorption material fixation structure which reduce noise generated in a tire in such a manner that a sound absorption material is firmly bonded and fixed to an inside surface of the tire without blocking workability when manufacturing a tire.SOLUTION: A tire sound absorption material fixation structure comprises: a sound absorption material for reducing noise generated in a tire; and plural sound absorption material fixation bands including a binding part which is bound to an inside surface of the tire, and a pressurizing part which tightly adheres the sound absorption material to an inner liner of the tire and has a function for maintaining the tight adhesion state. The pressurizing part adds a downward pressure to a top face of the sound absorption material while contracting after extension, whereby a sound absorption material bonding process can be so made as to be easy since a special adhesion layer is not applied, and thus, the sound absorption material can be firmly bonded and fixed to the inside surface of the tire without damaging the tire.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】タイヤ製造時の作業性を阻害することなく、吸音材がタイヤの内側表面に強固に貼り付け固定されることによりタイヤ内で発生する騒音を低減できるタイヤ吸音材固定構造に関する技術を提供すること。【解決手段】タイヤの内部で発生する騒音を低減させるための吸音材と、伸縮可能な素材で形成され、前記タイヤの内部表面に結合される結合部、及び前記吸音材をタイヤのインナーライナーに密着させ、密着状態を維持する機能を備える加圧部をそれぞれ含む複数の吸音材固定バンドとを含み、加圧部は伸長後に収縮しながら前記吸音材の上面に下方圧力を加え、別途の接着層を塗布しないので、吸音材貼り付け工程を容易にすることができ、タイヤに損傷を与えることなく吸音材をタイヤの内部表面に強固に貼り付け固定できるという利点を有する。【選択図】図1
