PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing resin components for a vehicle, capable of reducing a tact time and the number of components.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing resin components 14 for a vehicle includes: a fender liner vacuum molding step of using an upper die 50, and vacuum molding a fender liner 20 from a sheet material 27; and a spat fitting step as a spat fitting step of using a lower die 60 allowing die closing to the upper die 50, and fitting spats 30 to the fender liner 20, of arranging the spats 30 having an opening 34 in an attitude in which the opening 34 is opened to the sheet material 27 to an opposite side to the upper die 50 to the sheet material 27, pinching the sheet material 27 and the spats 30 between the upper die 50 and the lower die 60 with closing die of the upper die 50 and the lower die 60, making a thermoplastic resin flow into the opening 34, and cooling and hardening the inflow thermoplastic resin so as to form an engaging part 24 engaged with the opening 34 of the fender liner 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8

    【課題】タクトタイム及び部品点数を削減可能な車両用樹脂部品の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】車両用樹脂部品14の製造方法は、上型50を用いて、シート材27からフェンダーライナー20を真空成形するフェンダーライナー真空成形工程と、上型50に対して型閉じ可能な下型60を用いて、スパッツ30をフェンダーライナー20に対して取り付けるスパッツ取付工程であって、開口部34を有するスパッツ30を、シート材27に対して上型50とは反対側に、開口部34がシート材27に向けて開口する姿勢で配し、上型50及び下型60を型閉じするのに伴って、上型50と下型60の間でシート材27及びスパッツ30を挟圧して、熱可塑性樹脂を開口部34内に流入させ、流入した熱可塑性樹脂を冷却して硬化することで、フェンダーライナー20に開口部34に対して係止される係止部24を形成するスパッツ取付工程と、を備える。【選択図】図8
