To reduce manufacturing costs of a resin back door.SOLUTION: After an adhesive is applied to an inner panel 10, the inner panel 10 and outer panels 20, 30 are overlapped, an upper surface part 34 (a first area) of the outer panel 30 is pressed with a pressing member 47 (a first jig) from a vehicle body vertical direction, and a spoiler 33 (a second area) of the outer panel 30 is pressed with a pressing member 64 (a second jig) from a vehicle body fore and aft direction. Relative positions of the outer panel 30 and the inner panel 10 are retained through the above-described process. Then, the pressing member 64 is removed from the outer panel 30 and the inner panel 10 and the outer panel 30 are heated to harden the adhesive in a state where the upper surface part 34 of the outer panel 30 is pressed with the pressing member 47.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
