PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a windmill blade deformation measurement device capable of determining blade rigidity easily and highly accurately without requiring special synchronization between a sensor and information acquisition of wind velocity, and to provide a windmill blade deformation evaluation system.SOLUTION: A blade deformation measurement device is constituted of an unmanned aircraft in which positional information is acquired by GPS, a hovering movement for stopping in the air near a blade which is a rotary wing of a windmill device is performed, deformation information of the blade is acquired by a loaded sensor, and information of wind velocity at a self position is acquired.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】センサと風速の情報取得に格別の同期を必要とせず、簡便、かつ高精度にブレード剛性を求めることが可能な風車ブレード変形計測装置及び風車ブレード変形評価システムを提供する。【解決手段】GPSにより位置情報を取得し風車装置の回転翼であるブレード近傍の空中で停止するホバリング動作を行い、搭載したセンサによりブレードの変形の情報を取得するとともに、自己位置における風速の情報を得る無人航空機で構成されたことを特徴とするブレード変形計測装置。【選択図】図1
