PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain favorable operability even if a knob of a change lever is arranged at a high position, to simplify a constitution of a gear change operation mechanism, and to make a transmission compact in size, in the gear change operation mechanism of the transmission having an inversion function of a shift operation direction.SOLUTION: A gear change operation mechanism 60 of a transmission comprises: s support member 74 for supporting a large ball part 64 of a change lever 62; a pivot shaft 81 attached to the support member 74; and an inversion lever 82 which communicates with the change lever 62 at an upper end side, communicates with a control rod 100 at a lower end side, and is pivoted to the pivot shaft so as to be turnable around an axial core of the pivot shaft 81. The inversion lever 82 oscillates together with the change lever 62 at a select operation, and is engaged with a lower end part 72 of the change lever 62 so as to rotate around the axial line of the pivot shaft 81 at a shift operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】シフト操作方向の反転機能を有する変速機の変速操作機構において、チェンジレバーのノブが高い位置に設けられた場合にも良好な操作性を実現するとともに、変速操作機構の構成の簡素化及び変速機のコンパクト化を図る。【解決手段】チェンジレバー62の大球部64を支持するサポート部材74と、サポート部材74に取り付けられた支軸81と、上端側においてチェンジレバー62に連絡され、下端側においてコントロールロッド100に連絡され、支軸81の軸心周りに回転可能に該支軸に支持された反転レバー82と、を備え、反転レバー82は、セレクト操作時にチェンジレバー62と共に揺動し且つシフト操作時に支軸81の軸心周りに回転するようにチェンジレバー62の下端部72に係合されている変速機の変速操作機構60を提供する。【選択図】図4
