PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide brake equipment for braking an electric winch of a construction machine capable of performing safe and reliable braking with sufficient brake force while generating at lot of regenerative electric power.SOLUTION: Brake equipment includes: a regenerative electric power generation unit 12 and 18; a regenerative electric power reception unit 16; a brake device 20 for performing mechanical braking of an electric winch separately from the regenerative electric power generation unit 12 and 18; and a brake control unit 30. The brake control unit 30 includes a required braking performance calculation part, a regenerative capability calculation part for calculating the regenerative capability which is the limit of a regenerative operation performed by the regenerative electric power generation unit and the regenerative electric power reception unit, and a command part. If the regenerative capability is the required braking performance or more, the command part performs braking of the electric winch only by the regenerative operation without operating the brake device 20, and if the regenerative capability is less than the required braking performance, the command part calculates auxiliary brake force equivalent to the difference between the required braking performance and the regenerative capability, and causes the brake device 20 to perform braking of the electric winch with the auxiliary brake force.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】建設機械の電動ウィンチを制動する装置であって、多くの回生電力を生成しながら十分な制動力での安全確実な制動を行う制動装置を提供する。【解決手段】制動装置は、回生電力生成部12,18と、回生電力受入部16と、回生電力生成部12,18とは別に電動ウィンチの機械的な制動を行う制動装置20と、制動制御部30と、を備える。制動制御部30は、必要制動能力算定部と、回生電力生成部及び回生電力受入部により行われる回生動作の限界である回生能力を算定する回生能力算定部と、指令部と、を含み、指令部は、回生能力が必要制動能力以上である場合には、制動装置20を作動させずに回生動作のみで電動ウィンチの制動を行い、回生能力が必要制動能力未満である場合には、必要制動能力と回生能力との差に相当する補助制動力を算定して当該補助制動力で制動装置20に電動ウィンチの制動を行わせる。【選択図】図1
