The invention relates to a winch parking brake, and belongs to the technical field of brakes. The problems that an existing brake for a winch is single in braking torque, the braking torque cannot be changed in the later period, the design accuracy of the brake is low, and the overall size is large, so that the product applicability is poor are solved. The device comprises a shell, a rotating shaft and a piston; the rotating shaft is rotationally mounted in an inner hole of the shell; the piston sleeves the rotating shaft and is slidably mounted in an inner hole of the shell; brake discs with inner circles connected with the rotating shaft are distributed at one end, close to the piston, of the rotating shaft, and friction plates forming friction pairs with the brake discs are arranged in an inner hole of the shell; a friction group with at least two friction pairs is formed between the friction plate and the brake disc; and a spring group is pressed between the piston and the inner hole of the shell, pushes the piston to press the friction group, and comprises a plurality of large springs and small springs. Through different arrangements of the friction plates and the brake discs, different numbers of friction pairs are obtained, and brakes with different brake torques are designed.

    本发明涉及一种卷扬机驻车制动器,属于制动器技术领域。以解决现有卷扬机用制动器,存在制动扭矩单一,制动扭矩不能后期再改变和制动器设计精准性低,整体尺寸大导致产品适用性差的问题。本申请包括壳体、转轴和活塞;转轴转动安装于壳体内孔;活塞套设于转轴并滑动安装于壳体内孔;转轴上邻近活塞的一端分布有内圆与转轴连接的制动盘,壳体内孔设有与与制动盘形成摩擦副的摩擦片;摩擦片和制动盘之间构成摩擦副数为至少两个的摩擦组;活塞与壳体内孔之间压持有弹簧组,弹簧组推动活塞压紧摩擦组,弹簧组包括若干个大弹簧和小弹簧。本发明通过摩擦片和制动盘不同的布置,得到不同数量的摩擦副,设计出不同制动扭矩的制动器。
