PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent, in a lifting and slewing control device, diffusion of dust adhered to iron frames or covers ahead of a slewing direction of the lifting and slewing control device.SOLUTION: A lifting and slewing control device 20 comprises a slewing tool 11, blowers 2 provided on axial ends 11a, 11b of the slewing tool 11, a hook block 5 supporting the axial center part of the slewing tool 11, and power generators 3 driving the blowers 2. The blower 2 blows an air flow from the axial end 11a/11b of the slewing tool 11, and the blowing direction of the air flow is changeable between the vertical direction and a first horizontal direction which is orthogonal to the axial direction of the slewing tool 11 in the horizontal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
