The invention aims to provide a gantry tower crane trolley boom angle and lifting device adjusting method based on a stepping motor, relates to lifting equipment which is driven based on the stepping motor and is used for carrying various materials, and is suitable for working scenes of fixed positions, various materials and automatic loading and unloading. According to the intelligent hoisting trolley, an STM32 F103 ZET6 main control board is mainly used for control, and a planetary speed reduction stepping motor is used for achieving accurate control, so that high-precision hoisting operation of the trolley in a designated working environment is achieved, the safety and reliability of the intelligent hoisting trolley are improved, and development of the intelligent hoisting trolley on intelligent operation is promoted.

    本发明的目的在于提供一种基于步进电机的门座塔式起重机小车臂架角度以及起升装置调整方法,涉及一种基于步进电机驱动的,搬运多种物料的起重设备,适用于固定位置、多种物料、自动装卸的工作场景中,本发明主要使用STM32 F103 ZET6主控板进行控制,利用行星减速步进电机实现精确控制,目的是实现小车在指定工作环境下实现高精度吊装作业,提高智能化起重小车的安全性与可靠性,推动智能化起重小车在智能化作业上的发展。
