PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain pan structure of a bus air conditioner for preventing overflow of condensate water, with which condensate water can be promptly drained to the outside of a vehicle, and the condensate water stored in the drain pan can be prevented from being introduced into the vehicle even when the vehicle is strongly shaken.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a drain pan 300 storing and draining condensate water generated from an evaporator installed in a casing of a bus air conditioner 30, the drain pan comprising: a bottom plate provided at a position below the evaporator, the bottom plate including an inclined portion 312 formed by at least one surface having at least one downward inclination; and a drain channel formed by extending to distal ends of a side direction of the bottom plate such that height of the drain channel is lowest at the distal ends to move the condensate water drained from the bottom plate in a drain direction of the condensate water. Condensate water is promptly drained to improve drainage of condensate water so that the condensate water stored in the bus air conditioner of a vehicle in operation can be prevented from overflowing and being introduced into the vehicle due to shaking caused by changes in a running direction or acceleration of the vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】凝縮水を迅速に外部に排出し、車両が激しく揺れる場合にもドレンパン内に溜まった凝縮水が車両内に流入することを防止する、バス用空調装置における凝縮水オーバーフロー防止のドレンパン構造を提供する。【解決手段】バス用空調装置30の空調ケース内に装着される蒸発器から発生する凝縮水を貯蔵または排出するドレンパン300において、ドレンパンは、1つ以上の下向き傾斜を有する1つ以上の面により形成される傾斜部312を備えて蒸発器の下部に構成される底面板と、底面板から排出される凝縮水を排出方向に移送させるように底面板の側方向末端部で最低点を成して延長形成される排水路とを含んで構成され、凝縮水を迅速に排出することで凝縮水の排水性を向上させて、運行中の車両のバス用空調装置に凝縮水が溜まり車両の走行方向の変更または加速度の変更による揺れにより凝縮水がオーバーフローして車両内に流入することを防止する。【選択図】図4
