PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular heat exchanger capable of improving fuel economy in the whole power train.SOLUTION: A vehicular heat exchanger 1 includes: a first flow passage 11 for flowing engine cooling water, a second flow passage 12 and fourth flow passage 14 for flowing engine oil and a third flow passage 13 and fifth flow passage 15 for flowing transmission oil that are formed by laminating a plurality of plate bodies 10. A three-flow passage arrangement layer 21 on which the first flow passage 11, the second flow passage 12 and the third flow passage 13 are arranged, and a two-flow passage arrangement layer 22 on which the fourth flow passage 14 and the fifth flow passage 15 are arranged, are arranged in a lamination direction of the plate body 10 so as to alternately overlap with each other without overlapping the same kinds of flow passages with each other. The fifth flow passage 15 is arranged on an upstream side of a flow direction F11 of the first flow passage 11, and the fourth flow passage 14 is arranged on a downstream side thereof; the third flow passage 13 is arranged on an upstream side of a flow direction F14 of the fourth flow passage 14, and the first flow passage 11 is arranged on a downstream side thereof; and the second flow passage 12 is arranged on an upstream side of a flow direction F15 of the fifth flow passage 15 and the first flow passage 11 is arranged on a downstream side thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
