PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized inexpensive flying body capable of appropriately controlling a flight position during flight without using a GPS device or a camera device, a flight control method therefor, a light-emitting device used for flight control of the flying body, and a flight control system.SOLUTION: So that a flying body 20 can keep a constant position with respect to a light emitter 13 emitting light that can be received by a light receiving unit 30 of the flying body 20, propulsion power of a propulsion device 26 mounted on the flying body 20 is controlled on the basis of the attitude angle of the flying body 20 and the intensity of the light, and a two-dimensional position and/or velocity of the flying body 20 is controlled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
