PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abrasion resistance improver suitable as a raw material for a tread rubber of a tire exhibiting excellent low fuel consumption and abrasion resistance, and a rubber composition by blending the same.SOLUTION: There is provided an abrasion resistance improver of a rubber containing an isocyanate compound represented by the formula (I) as a component and a rubber composition containing the same. There is provided a rubber composition having 0.1 to 10 pts.wt of the abrasion resistance improver described in the claim 1 blended to 100 pts.wt. of carbon black by blending carbon black of 10 to 100 pts.wt., a vulcanizer of 0.5 to 5 pts.wt. and a vulcanization accelerator of 0.2 to 5 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of a diene rubber.SELECTED DRAWING: None
