PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a transmission path between cars for recognizing composition by each composition after division even when the division is performed at an arbitrary part in the composition.SOLUTION: A train information system 1 is provided with: controllers 11 installed in the respective cars; a transmission path 10 for mutually connecting the controllers 11; terminal resistors 16, 18 for stabilizing transmission of the transmission path 10; switches 15, 17 for disconnecting the transmission path 10 to connect the terminal resistors 16, 18; and a setter 12 for setting terminal information showing whether or not front sides or rear sides of cars are terminals of composition in the controller 11, in which the switches 15, 17 are arranged on the front sides or the rear sides of the respective cars in the transmission path 10, the same number of the terminal resistors 16, 18 as the switches 15, 17 are arranged so as to be connected with the transmission path 10 in application of the switches 15, 17, and the controller 11 controls the switches 15, 17 based on the terminal information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】編成内の任意の箇所で分割した場合でも、分割後の各編成で編成認識を行うための車両間の伝送路を確立可能とする。【解決手段】列車情報システム1は、各車両に設置された制御装置11と、制御装置11を相互に接続する伝送路10と、伝送路10の伝送を安定化させるための終端抵抗16,18と、伝送路10を切断して終端抵抗16,18を接続させるスイッチ15,17と、車両の前方側又は後方側が編成の終端であるか否かを示す終端情報を制御装置11に設定する設定器12と、を備え、スイッチ15,17は、伝送路10内において各車両の前方側及び後方側に配置され、終端抵抗16,18は、スイッチ15,17の投入時に伝送路10に接続されるようにスイッチ15,17と同数配置され、制御装置11は、終端情報に基づいてスイッチ15,17を制御する。【選択図】図1
