PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a travel mode detection system, a travel mode detection method and a computer program capable of accurately specifying a travel line of a vehicle while an automatic driving support with respect to the lane sustention cruising is not performed.SOLUTION: In a travel mode detection system, vehicle travel information is acquired under a condition where an automatic driving support with respect to the lane sustention cruising is performed and a center line of the traffic lane on which the vehicle traveled is identified based on the vehicle travel information. And also vehicle travel information is acquired under a condition where the automatic driving support with respect to the lane sustention cruising is not performed and an offset of a manual operated travel line on which a vehicle travels under a condition where the automatic driving support with respect to the lane sustention cruising is not performed from the center line of the traffic lane is identified based on the acquired travel information and the center line of the traffic lane.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
