PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible for each user who moves in a building having traffic means such as an elevator, an escalator, a stair way and so on to select most efficient traffic means.SOLUTION: Based on input from an elevator control section 120 and a building facility control section 130, a calculation function part 10 of a remote monitoring server 110 calculates an elevator stand-by time and a destination floor arrival schedule time for every floor, and based on the result calculated by the calculation function part 10, a building provision information control part 140 requests first to third information and destination guide parts 21, 22, 23 for destination floor arrival schedule time information for every traffic means and requests each traffic means for destination guide information, and displays said destination floor arrival schedule time information for every traffic means and said destination guide information on first to third display units 21a, 22a, 23a which are located at predetermined plural places.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】エレベータ、エスカレータ、階段などの交通手段を有するビル内を移動する利用者の各々が最も効率のよい交通手段を選択して移動できるようにする。【解決手段】エレベータ制御部120及びビル設備制御部130からの入力に基づいて遠隔監視サーバ110の演算機能部10が、エレベータ待ち時間及び階床別行先階別到着予定時間を演算し、ビル提供情報制御部140は前記演算機能部10の演算結果に基づいて第1ないし第3の情報・行先案内部21,22,23に交通手段別行先階別到着予定時間情報及び各交通手段へ行先案内情報を求め、予め設定された複数の箇所に設置された第1ないし第3の表示装置21a,22a,23aに、前記交通手段別行先階別到着予定時間情報及び前記行先案内情報を表示させる。【選択図】図1
