PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a congestion state presentation device, a congestion state presentation system, and a congestion state presentation method with which it is possible to predict the congestion state of a charge spot with greater accuracy.SOLUTION: A server 12 acquires the current position information, travel route information, and battery charge rate information of a plurality of electric vehicles 10, and specifies an electric vehicle 10 that is predicted to be traveling near the charge spot 13 in the future as a proximity object vehicle on the basis of the travel route information. The server also calculates, on the basis of each of the information, the anticipated charge rate of a battery when the proximity object vehicle approaches the charge spot, and predicts the congestion state of the charge sport 13 on the basis of the calculated anticipated charge rate when the electric vehicle 10 approaches the charge spot 13.     【課題】より正確に充電スポットの混雑状況を予測することが可能な混雑状況提示装置、混雑状況提示システム、及び混雑状況提示方法を提供する。【解決手段】サーバ12は、複数の電動車両10の、現在位置情報、走行経路情報、及びバッテリの充電率情報を取得し、走行経路情報に基づき、将来に充電スポット13の近傍を走行すると予想される電動車両10を接近対象車両として特定する。また、上記の各情報に基づいて接近対象車両が充電スポットに接近する際の、バッテリの予想充電率を演算し、演算した予想充電率に基づき、電動車両10が充電スポット13に接近する際の、該充電スポット13の混雑状況を予測する。そして、予測した混雑状況の情報を電動車両10に提示する。【選択図】 図2
