PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation angle detection device with which it is possible to continuously detect the number of revolutions of a motor even when the voltage of a first power supply drops or is cut off.SOLUTION: A detection unit 131 is a block which is supplied with a voltage from a car onboard battery B1 via a regulator 131d irrespective of whether an ignition switch IG1 is on or off, and which detects the rotation angle θm and the number of revolutions N of a motor 11. An electrical storage device 134 is a separate power supply from the car onboard battery B1 that supplies a voltage to the detection unit 131. This means that a rotation angle detection device 13 is provided with the electrical storage device 134 that supplies a voltage to the detection unit 131 separately from the car onboard battery B1. Therefore, the detection unit 136 is supplied with a voltage from the electrical storage device 134 even when the voltage of the car onboard battery B1 drops or is cut off. Thus, it is possible to continuously detect the rotation angle θm and the number of revolutions N of the motor 11 even when the voltage of the car onboard battery B1 drops or is cut off.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】第1電源の電圧が低下又は遮断しても、継続してモータの回転回数を検出することができる回転角度検出装置を提供する。【解決手段】検出部131は、イグニッションスイッチIG1のオン、オフの状態に関係なくレギュレータ131dを介して車載バッテリB1から電圧が供給され、モータ11の回転角度θm及び回転回数Nを検出するブロックである。蓄電装置134は、検出部131に電圧を供給する車載バッテリB1とは別の電源である。つまり、回転角度検出装置13は、車載バッテリB1とは別に、検出部131に電圧を供給する蓄電装置134を備えている。そのため、車載バッテリB1の電圧が低下又は遮断しても、蓄電装置134から検出部136に電圧が供給される。従って、車載バッテリB1の電圧が低下又は遮断しても、継続してモータ11の回転角度θm及び回転回数Nを検出することができる。【選択図】図2
