PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deviation of shaft centers between a first rotor and a second rotor connected by spline fitting, and improve responsiveness of torque transmission between the first rotor and the second rotor.SOLUTION: According to a power transmission structure 10 of a vehicle, a reduction shaft 28 and a second rotor shaft 70 of a second electric motor MG2 receive a reaction force in an opposite direction from a radial direction by a cylindrical metal member 81 which is elastically deformable in a radial direction and pressed into a portion adjacent to and overlapping with a spline fitting part 76 of the reduction shaft 28 and the second rotor shaft 70 in the radial direction. This suppresses the deviation of a shaft center of the reduction shaft 28 and a shaft center of the second rotor shaft 70 as well as the generation of tooth hammering noise. The cylindrical metal member 81 has high rigidity and is prevented from being deformed in a rotation direction, thereby improving the responsiveness of torque transmission between the reduction shaft 28 and the second rotor shaft 70 and improving the vibration control effect of vibration control.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】スプライン嵌合により連結された第1回転体と第2回転体との間の軸心のずれを抑制するとともに、第1回転体と第2回転体とのトルク伝達の応答性を向上する。【解決手段】車両の動力伝達構造10によれば、リダクションシャフト28と第2電動機MG2の第2ロータ軸70とのスプライン嵌合部76に隣接して径方向に重なる部分に圧入された径方向に弾性変形可能な筒状金属部材81により、リダクションシャフト28と第2ロータ軸70とは径方向に反対方向への反力を受けるため、リダクションシャフト28の軸心と第2ロータ軸70の軸心とのずれが抑制されて、歯打ち音の発生が抑制される。筒状金属部材81は剛性が高く回転方向への変形が抑制されるため、リダクションシャフト28と第2ロータ軸70とのトルク伝達の応答性が向上されて制振制御の制振効果が向上する。【選択図】図3
