PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the number of subsequent vehicles that can pass through without stopping traffic lights.SOLUTION: A prescribed speed passable area calculation unit 14 is configured to calculate a prescribed speed passable area where a vehicle 2 can pass through a traffic light at a prescribed speed while the traffic light of a travelling road is a blue light, and a passable area calculation unit 15 is configured to calculate a passable area where the vehicle can pass through the traffic light at a current speed and determination area behind the passable area thereat, while the traffic light is the blue light. A passage desire vehicle extraction unit 16 is configured to extract a vehicle having a desire speed faster than the current speed of the vehicle travelling the passable area, and travelling the determination area as a passage desire vehicle. A space determination unit 17 is configured to determine whether a space available for the vehicle is present in the passable area. A guidance vehicle selection unit 18 is configured to, when the passage desire vehicle is extracted and it is determined that the space is present, select a guidance vehicle serving as the vehicle in the passable area to be guided to the space.     【課題】信号機を停止せずに通過できる後続の車両の数を増やす。【解決手段】所定速度通過可能エリア算出部14は、車両2が走行する道路の信号機が青信号である間に所定速度で信号機を通過できる所定速度通過可能エリアを算出する。通過可能エリア算出部15は、信号機が青信号である間に、現在速度で信号機を通過できる通過可能エリア及びその後方の判定エリアを算出する。通過希望車両抽出部16は、通過可能エリアを走行する車両の現在速度より速い希望速度を有し、且つ判定エリアを走行する車両を通過希望車両として抽出する。スペース判断部17は、通過可能エリア内に車両が入るスペースが有るか否かを判断する。誘導車両選択部18は、通過希望車両が抽出され、且つ、スペースが有ると判断された場合、スペースに誘導すべき通過可能エリアの車両である誘導車両を選択する。車両誘導部19は、誘導車両をスペースに誘導する。【選択図】図1
