PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more surely detect damage of an examination object in a non-destructive manner.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic flaw detection system comprises an ultrasonic transmission part, an ultrasonic detection part and a damage detection part. The ultrasonic transmission part transmits a first ultrasonic wave having a relatively low frequency and a second ultrasonic wave having a frequency relatively higher than the first ultrasonic wave to an examination area. The ultrasonic detection part detects the reflection wave of the first ultrasonic wave in the examination area and the second ultrasonic wave passing through the examination area. The damage detection part detects damage in the examination area on the basis of the reflection wave of the first ultrasonic wave and the second ultrasonic wave passing through the examination area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】被検査対象の損傷を非破壊でより確実に検出できるようにすることである。【解決手段】実施形態に係る超音波探傷システムは、超音波送信部、超音波検出部及び損傷検出部を有する。超音波送信部は、周波数が相対的に低い第1の超音波及び前記第1の超音波に対して相対的に周波数が高い第2の超音波を検査領域に向けて送信する。超音波検出部は、前記第1の超音波の前記検査領域における反射波及び前記検査領域を通過した前記第2の超音波を検出する。損傷検出部は、前記第1の超音波の反射波及び前記検査領域を通過した前記第2の超音波に基づいて前記検査領域における損傷を検出する。【選択図】 図2
