The invention discloses a multi-channel ultrasonic flaw detection signal processing system and a flaw detection vehicle. The system comprises a control display subsystem, a displacement measurement sensor, a plurality of ultrasonic signal processing subsystems and a plurality of probes, wherein the plurality of ultrasonic signal processing subsystems distribute and process signals of the pluralityof probes in a balanced manner; the plurality of ultrasonic signal processing subsystems respond to control signals sent by the control display subsystem, respectively excite corresponding probes tocarry out ultrasonic flaw detection and receive flaw detection echo signals of the probes, and the ultrasonic signal processing subsystems are provided with a plurality of receiving and sampling circuits to receive the flaw detection echo signals; the displacement measurement sensor is used for measuring a displacement signal of an ultrasonic flaw detection position; the control display subsystemis used for displaying and storing ultrasonic flaw detection results, thereby solving the technical problems that a flaw detection vehicle is low in actual flaw detection efficiency, limited in flaw detection capacity and not easy to maintain, improving the flaw detection efficiency and the flaw detection capacity, and reducing the emergency maintenance difficulty of the system.

    本发明公开了一种多通道超声波探伤信号处理系统及探伤车,该系统包括:控制显示子系统、位移测量传感器、多个超声波信号处理子系统以及若干探头;多个超声波信号处理子系统均衡分配处理若干探头的信号,多个超声波信号处理子系统响应于控制显示子系统发送的控制信号,分别激发对应的探头进行超声波探伤,并接收探头的探伤回波信号,其中,超声波信号处理子系统设有多路接收采样电路进行探伤回波信号的接收;位移测量传感器用于测量超声波探伤位置的位移信号;控制显示子系统用于显示并存储超声波探伤结果,解决了探伤车实际探伤效率不高、探伤能力受限、不易维修的技术问题,不仅提高了探伤效率、探伤能力,而且降低了系统的应急检修难度。
